Community Hospice Foundation provides funding to help improve the quality of life and meet the needs of the indigent or low income individuals who are residents of NC and have a life limiting condition. We also provide funding for education in end of life palliative care and provide funding for accredited institutions that provide research for life limiting illnesses. The basic needs of patients with terminal illness are increasing as their savings shrink and their families struggle to pay their own bills. Our agency helps to keep their lights on, their houses warm, food on their table, or assistance with funeral preparation.
